I am not sure of an exact number but I do know of someone who is heading in the direction of a heart attack if he does not start taking better care of himself. I wonder how many people give themselves extra stress when its not really needed?

I am just wondering how many health related issues could be avoided if we took better care of ourself. It seems stress is the number one reason for heart issues unless its something one is born with or grows into, is this correct?
