I've never heard of that before. I do know that I have had trouble with mine for years. So now I'm going to have to go on medication although I really don't want to. The doctor told me it was either that or have a heart attack or a stroke within the year.

That would be interesting to read because it's counterintuitive to what themedical profession is telling us. I have high cholesterol and have tried through dieting and exercise to lower it but haven't had too much success yet.

I have been reading a lot about high cholesterol not necessarily being a bad thing. Some people have naturally high cholesterol and there is some evidence to show that these people have less illness than others. Anyone else read this?
