The best thing you should do if it seems like excessive tiredness is go to your doctor and have them rule the basics out: anemia, thyroid, infection, cancer, emphysema, sleep apnea etc.
If they check and you get a pass, then probably slowly working up your stamina through exercise, adjusting any bad eating habits (and research that a lot!), and looking for environmental changes you can make would be a good idea. I can give you specific suggestions if you come back with a clean bill of health. I just don't want you to try the little stuff if something major and treatable is going on. Of course, I don't think it can ever hurt to clean up ones diet. Exercise is goo you just have to make sure the exercises you pick are good for you and don't over do it. That you build up. Don't forget to check anything anyone suggests with your doctor first so you don't do more damage!
