You should really go to the doctor and have it checked out. It could be something as simple as anemia or might even be your thyroid. Are you eating a well balanced diet and drinking enough water?

I do not ever get that bad (feeling like I can't lift my arms) but I get tired a lot. Can men suffer from anemia too or is this just a woman problem? I'm wondering what is causing me to be so tired all the time!

I would go to the doctor so that you could at least have a blood test done to see if you are anemic or if your iron is low. Control the things you can, like diet and activity and getting enough rest.

That sounds like what my wife experiences. She has even had to stop working because she was so very tired all of the time. She kept driving herself and finally had a nervous breakdown because she did it so much. Don't push too much.

Have you checked with your doctor about this? It could be chronic fatigue syndrome or it could be anemia or probably a bunch of other things. Being tired all the time is really an awful feeling and I hope you get to the bottom of this soon.

I'm so tired of being tired all the time. I wake up tired. I'm not sure why I get this way. Some days I don't even think I can lift my arms to work as I'm that tired. I always snap out of it, but why is it happening?
