I seriously advise that you go to the doctor at earliest date possible. If it worries you, then there is no reason to wait! But on the comforting side of things, such symptoms are quite normal for babies as they get their first infections.

If you are worried I would take her to your pediatrician just to feel better. They could agree with you or it could even be allergies. That way at least you would be put at ease somewhat.

Is there anything that can be done about a runny nose? And how do you know when it is more of an issue than just a runny nose? My 11 month old has had a runny nose and a slight cough for the past few days. I suspect it has something to do with going from the extreme heat outside to the air conditioned house and if that's the case there isn't much I can do to change it, but it worries me when I hear her so congeseted.
