I had carpal tunnel during my first pregnancy and it was very painful. I used a brace and that helped a lot. It went away almost immediately after I delivered and I haven't had any problems since. Also, I didn't have it during my second pregnancy which just goes to show that all pregnancies are different.

Have any of you ladies suffered with pregnancy induced carpal tunnel? Is it common for it to become a problem later in life when you are not pregnant if you have already had it?
