I think you are correct Jax. I had a friend who's mother was told she had stomach ulcers fro her doctor when it turned out she had stage four stomach cancer. She had no early warning signs.

I think most cancers with the exception of breast cancer have no real warnings signs in the beginning states. This is why it is important to get annual checkups to identify diseases before they become serious.

I have read that "different leukemias likely have different causes" but how is it possible to know if you could end up with it or not before its too late to do anything about it? Are there any pre-signs that one would know about?
