I don't want my daughter to get this vaccine. I think it's too new to know if it has any other side effects. I also don't want my daughter to think this is a license to have intercourse before marriage. I have raised her to be a decent girl and to know that love waits.

This is a subject that has to be considered carefully. Sexual indescretion can cause HPV and our children should be taught the moral values about sex and relationships too.

This is something that wife asked me about? I was like- I don't know. I'm not sure if there is enough information about it out yet. I'm leary like Cari is. I don't know if my wife will have them vaccinated.

I am too old to get this and no I do not want my daughters to get it either. They are only 8 and 9 which is too young but this shot is too new and untested for my taste. I don't want them to get it and 10 years down the road it have nasty side effects.

I have not had my daughter immunized for this yet. It's a bit too new for me still. The doctor told me that she could get it this year (She will be 14). I'm not sure I want her to. I mean sure if it helps fight off cancer that is awesome, but what other things will it do?

I am considering having my daughter vaccinated against HPV which can lead to cervical cancer. Have you or anyone you know received the HPV vaccine? If you are choosing not to get it, what are your reasons?
