I have never heard of using aspirin or vinegar to treat sunburn before. I always just take a cold shower or bath and then rub aloe that has been in the fridge on it.

I don't know I think that since it's in the bath and not in the body it's probably okay. I have never heard of the vinegar though. Do you just rub it on the burn?

Aspirin does have an anti-inflammatory response but I am not quite sure if it is advised! The inflammation occurs in order to get rid of the heat that is absorbed. It is a natural process. Stopping it is counter intuitive.

That's interesting about the aspirin, I wonder if it works. I personally have gotten better at prot4ecting myself from getting sunburns. But if I do, I have a gel that contains aloe and lidocaine as it's ingredients. It cools the burn and helps it heal much faster.

Never heard of it before ever. I use Vineagr to treat sunburn. It's great, cools down your skin and makes the sting go away. I also use Aloe too.

I know, the best thing is to take precautions, use sunscreen, and not get the burn. But, how do you treat a sunburn?
I just heard something recently, about smashing up a couple aspirin and putting into a bath, which is supposed to help as an anti-inflammatory, Anyone else ever hear this or try it?
