I haven't tried it myself, but several of my co-workers eat it on a regular basis and say it does help and tastes good. Plus as LittleBit stated, you're getting the protein and calcium that a pro-biotic pill won't give you.

How does that stuff taste? Does it taste like regular yogurt? I have been thinking about trying it myself but it is kind of pricey so I don't want to get it if it doesn't work.

I am with grammy. You can go to a health food store and purchase the probiotics instead of eating processed yogurt everyday. I would rather do that than have that sugary stuff.

Any yogurt with live cultures should help some. You could also take probiotic supplements. The ones that are refrigerated are usually better than the room temperature ones. I think that the kind that is supposed to help you is a little over priced, personally. But, I have not tried it, so it may be worth the price. I have tried the probiotics and they do help.

I have been eating that yogurt for a while and I would say it has helped some. Plus, I know that yogurt is high in protein and calcium, so the helping with regularity is a bonus.

I have occassional bouts with irregularity. I have been trying to eat more fiber and that has helped a bit. But, I was wondering if anyone has tried eating the yogurt that advertises that it helps with regularity? Has it helped you?
