I believe that because of my back surgery I can no longer hold bowel movements as well. I looked it up on the internet and that is one of the symptoms of lower back injury. I hate it. I have to hurry to the bathroom or it will just come out as I`m walking. It`s so embarrassing. I don`t want to wear diapers. I`m only 50. I usually can make it to the bathroom but it gets old needing to know where every bathroom is in every store. Any suggestions?
