Oh my I didn't know any of these. I know you can soak in epson salt to relieve cracked skin and it also helps with achey muscles (like your feet). I am going to try the elbow one!

You can also take an egg and separate the egg from the yolk. Take the white and apply to your face until it dries. While you wait you can whip up the yolk and make yourself some scrambled eggs!

You can also take that same scrub and use it on your elbows and heels, then follow up with putting a heavy cream on your feet and put cotton socks on them. I like to use olive oil as a deep conditioner. I take a tablespoon and spread it through my hair then wrap it in a hot towel. Then I shampoo my hair and it feels so soft!

You can take a teaspoon full of sugar or salt and mix it with a little olive oil and rub it on your lips like a scrub to soften them and remove dead skin.

Does anyone have any suggestions on beauty treatments you can do at home preferably with stuff you might already have? I know you can dissolve aspirin in water and make a facial mask. Anyone have any other tricks like this?
