You may have to just take it easy for a few days. You may have just turned funny and pulled something. I do that and usually I will soak with epson salts and use a heating pad and it usually goes away in a few days.

I always have a sore back too. I have had two surgeries. I do have a high tolerance for pain though. I have pain medication but rarely take it. I hate taking pills. I just ignore the pain. I know some people can`t do that but it works for me.

Sometimes it's doing some repetative motion that can strain your back.  An anti-inflammatory medicine, like ibuprofen can help with the pain, also heat may help toi relax the muscle.

Yeah it`s very easy to pull something in your back. That is why they tell you to squat down and lift with your legs not bend over.

Try to take it easy today.  You might have just moved wrong or possibly coming down with the flu bug.  My hubby gets all sore and achey when he is sick.  Try Motrin or something similiar.  If it's not better in a couple of days, go get it checked out.

Everytime I move I get a pain in my back!  I didn't lift anything heavy and I can't remember twisting funny.  I just woke up and it hurts today!  What can I do or take to make it better?  I cannot lay down for the day- it's a busy day!
