Just be sure your dad doesn't try to be too stubborn and pick out the exercises himself. Take it from me, you want a doctor or physical therapist to make sure your home exercises help and don't hurt.

My dad seems to be getting a lot of back aches lately and I have told him to stop any hefty work where possible to stop him from putting too much stress on his back. Is there anything else I can advise him to do?
