I also think that vaccinations are definitely a possible cause of autism and there has been recent research that shows this as a possibility after the Supreme Court vindicated the vaccine companies of course. I did vaccinate my child but I also used an alternate schedule. No more than one vaccine with mercury at a time and never more than 2 vaccines in any one visit.

I for one think that the vaccines are a potential cause but as with everything you have to weigh the risks involved. Not getting your child vaccinated at all is definitely putting them at a high risk for many diseases. I do agree with Jack though and I think they give too many at one time. We went with an alternate schedule and my child never got more than 2 vaccines at one tme.

Giving an infant the same amount of vaccine as they give an adult and giving 6 shots at one time can't be good for the little one's system. I've seen them give this amount to premmies that are in the NICU as well. I don't know if it's wise to do all of that at once. It's bound to cause some damage to the system. I know no evidence suggests a link but one has to wonder.

I don't think that they have ever been able to prove that it does cause autism. I have been hearing that for years, too. It is a tough decision, but there is the other side of the debate, also. What if you don't vaccinate?
I do know that not vaccinating your child opens them up for several illnesses that are potentially fatal. And many are making a come back in this country because people aren't following vaccination schedules. I also know that vaccines have saved many, many lives over the years. I chose to vaccinate my child.

The doctor who was at the forefront of this claim has recently been disciplined for unrelated incidents and the mainstream medical belief is that immunization does not cause autism. Of course, some people believe that this is a massive cover up by the Establishment.

I've heard for years that preservatives in childhood immunizations are a possible contributing factor in autism in children. Is this still the case or has this been disproved? I am thinking of starting a family soon and I would like to find out the latest research on this subject before I have a baby who is facing immunizations.
