Let's remember that asthma is an allergy and it only occurs when the allergen is present. We should not rely so much on taking medicine because the body will become dependent on it. Let's take the medicine when really you need it.

I have asthma right now and I only take medication when I get an attack or when I do not feel like my breathing is optimum. This might be because my asthma is not at a developed stage. When should you take regular medication?
