I would think the south would be better than more industralized developed area. I thougt the quality of air was better in smaller cities. I would just stay hydrated and avoid going outside during the hottest hours of the day.

I have recently realized that the heat and humidity here down South are setting off my asthma this year. Does anyone else have their asthma set off by the heat?
