I agree with that Anton. I know it's not always possible but sometimes it helps to leave home at the doors of work and work at the doors of home. I have had some very stressful jobs before and now I am lucky that I can work for myself. Still stressful but at least the money and results are going to me and not someone else.

I think that stress depends on the person's perspective and how he handles the situation. Any job can be stressful if you don't adopt the right attitude towards the problems that goes with it.

Sometimes it helps to take relaxation training so you can learn to get rid of stress. Changing jobs is not always an option. Relaxation and stress management techniques could really be beneficial. If he doesn't learn to deal with his stress effectively, it really could effect his health.

Sometimes you need to just believe that things will handle themselves. If it is that stressful for him it might be time to look for another job. Stress can make you physically sick.

I think part of being an adult is learning to cope with stress, its no like its something that people can just avoid and it will be okay. We all have some stresses in life but how we choose to deal with them is what makes us different from the next person.

I believe that having a low paying work that is not stressful is better than a high paying job but you are always stressed out after work. I'm not saying that we should not get a high paying job. What I'm saying is that it is good to work in a job that makes you happy financially and emotionally.

I used to have a very stressful job and I decided enbough was enough and I left that job for a different job. I lost money on the new job but it's not near as stressful.

My husband spends most of his days stressed out at work and it drives me crazy because I hate to see him like that. I try to tell him that he can only do what he can do, but the pressure he feels is sometimes too much. Do you have a stressful job? How do you handle it?
