I don't write diary, but I have a personal blog where I post about my feeling, opinions, experiences, emotion especially, anything on. When I got stressed or angry, normally I would feel better after writing something on my blog.

I believe that. You will get relieved from your anger when you get a way of expressing/channelizing your anger. Writing diary is a good way of channelizing your anger and other feelings.

In the past, a schoolmate of mine used to write in her diary to tell her feelings, thoughts, experiences, anything. When she was angry, she wrote in the diary and it helped her get relieved from anger.
