I second that. It is also a fact that most livestock that are subjected for slaughter will release adrenaline before they are butchered. The adrenaline will stay on the meat and we acquire this making us irritable or easily angered. While eating vegetables will only give us strength and proper nutrition.

I think that makes sense. It is said that you are what you eat. The closer your food to the original energy source (which is the sun) in terms of its position in the food chain, the healthier and the "purer" your body will be.

I am interested to learn about vegetarianism and read somewhere that the vegetarian lifestyle benefits not only our physical health but also our mental balance. Being vegetarian, we would be able to control our anger better. What do you experience?
