I would never go for alternative medication. The reason for this is because I would not want it to conflict with the medication I take now. You never know the consequences of the pharmodynamics due to the interaction of the medications.

It really depends on the extent of the alternative medication. I tend to stay away from medications that seem to promise a bit too much as they seem very unrealistic.

Actually I am fond of everything natural including alternative medication I am willing to take it when needed for its natural quality and for the less cost also.

I was wondering which of you would actually be willing to try out alternative medication? Would you do this only when evidence based medicine is not an option or simply because it may cost you less?
