I have been to a reflexologist twice and it relieves me of the pain for a short period of days. The pain came back because of my strenuous work. There is really nothing we can do about the muscle pains if we are working. Reflexology only relaxes the muscles for awhile.

I am not positive but I think reflexology can be done on the hands and the feet. I am not sure exactly how it works but I know that it is supposed to be helpful for all the body systems.

This is something that I have thought about, but feel strange about someone rubbing my feet. Do you get used to that? Is it really worth it? Maybe it is weird to feel that way, but feet are – ugh. LOL!! It isn't just for foot pain, I know. How could it help my stomach?

I agree that you might have given up too soon. Reflexology massage is a good way to alleviate pain, relax your muscles and help you get rid of stress.

I 've been having reflexology massage and it does help to get rid of the stiffness of the muscles which in turn gets rid of the pain. It also helps to regulate the vital organs.

Has anybody ever been to a reflexologist to alleviate pain? I went to one a few times for back pain, but it didn't really seem to help. Maybe I gave up too soon. It was nice to have a professional foot massage though!
