I have always wanted to learn more about this kind of treatment too. I would assume you would have to go to a spa or someone who specialized in Ayurveda to begin this treatment?

Literally, Ayurveda means the science of life. It deals with treatment of diseases as well as a complete way of life, so to say. So it treats not only the ailment but also the whole person.

I often hear and read about ayurvedic treatment as one of the advisable natural treatment, but never really understand about this treatment. What is it all about. Is it related to yoga and yogic treatment?
