I really have no food allergies but some kinds of food can aggravate my migraine headaches and some can trigger them. It's a no no when you crave the food you are allergic to.

I have a co-worker who is allergic to nuts so we have to be really careful what we bring in to share. I don't have anyone in my family that is allergic to any foods! We have enough other allergy problems so I'm thankful!

My brother developed a severe allergy to peanuts as he got older. It started getting worse and worse and now he has to walk around with one of those emergency pins incase he has an episode.

I have a niece who is deathly allergic to shellfish. She almost died as a toddler when she first had shrimp. Respiratory difficulty within minutes. It gave us all quite the scare as it was during a family reunion.

I used to have a friend growing up who was allergic to peanuts and milk. I later found out she has Crohne's disease so I am not sure if it was that acting up or what.

I have been hearing a lot about food allergies on the news lately. They can be severe. Do you know anybody who has severe food allergies?
