Oh great! Another thing to look forward to that I hadn't thought about. Gray eyebrows! LOL!! Well, I guess if you get older, you just have to embrace some of the things that go along with it. I don't mind it so much – I just wish that I wasn't as old as I am. I still feel young in my mind. Except when I get up from sitting for a long time. LOL!!

I didn't dye my hair for a while, and people kept asking me if I was my daughter's grandmother!
So, I am still coloring my hair. What bothers me is the change in texture! I has start3ed to turn white, and now instead of fine and straight, it is course and frizzy. What a change!!

I think if my hair started to go grey I'd probably just accept it as a sign of agining and realize there's not much I can do about it. I've seen men who have dyed their hair and it always make me laugh.

Fair or not, I'm lucky to be a guy whose hair is greying. People tell me it makes me look distinguished. My wife's hair is greying and she dyes it all of the time.

My hair has been every color of the rainbox and then a few extra! I am still in the process of allowing the last dye job to grow out so I can get back to it being "normal".

I am to chicken not to dye my hair. I would like it to just turn white all at once, but it won't. It stays salt and pepper looking. I hate that.

I got my first grey hair when I was 24. Over the years it has gotten worse but I haven't seen any white ones yet. I dye mine about every 2 months. I am 42 so I still dye it the auburn it was, I don't know how I will lighten it when it starts to look bad.

What I would like to know is if there are some people who never grey? My grandfatherwas in his 80's when he passed and he never greyed, he had all of his lovely black curly hair and not a single grey. To my knowledge he never dyed his hair either. I know it's genetics so could it be possible that no greys are in my future as well?

LOL! Yes, I noticed some of them turning gray. Even the ones in my armpits and the eyebrows too. That really shocked me when I saw it!

I'm not really bothered by my gray hairs because I have them since I was a teenager. What I want to know is what causes them to appear? My cousin on my mother side also have gray hairs since she was 13 years old. Could this be linked to heredity?

I've also been colouring my hair for years. I was born blonde then went a darker "mousey" colour that I disliked. I now have "salt and pepper" naturally which I dye a light brown!

You can color it and keep coloring it or you can just let it go and turn white. My mom refuses to color her hair. I've colored my hair since I was in college.
You just do what makes you happy!

I have been noticing the white hairs coming in since my teens. It has never bothered me. It bothers some of my family. I think it makes them feel older, because I'm the "baby". I tell them, when it bothers me, I'll dye it.

Oh, I don't know about it being unbecoming. I rather like my gray hair and think I earned every single one of them. I see them as my badges of courage! LOL

My hair has had "age spots" as I call them since I was a teen, so my question is what really causes this? I mean, my hair has been every color of the rainbow and nothing helps, those darn grays will not go away.

I will be 51 this year too. I have been coloring my hair now for quite some time. I am not aging gracefully. I hate being 50 let alone turning 51 lol. I guess I just have to learn to get used to it.

Guess I'm one of those lucky people. I'll turn 51 this year and there's barely any grey in my hair. My wife thinks it's so unfair. I have other issues but greying hair isn't one of them.

How can you look like aging gracefully when your hair is highlighted by unbecoming whites that get mixed with the darker colors like a spilled ink.
