I agree with Byron. Your parents should have a brain exercise. The brain cannot regenerate new neurons on the brain when a person becomes adult. This is the reason why we forget about things. The only way to slow the dying of neurons is to make the brain active plus eating healthy foods.

I'm sure it's normal. I am forgetful too and I'm not even that old. I think it's important to keep our braisn active. Perhaps you can buy word search puzzles or something like that for your parents. Keep them thinking.

I swear my parents are losing their memory! I know it's supposed to happen as they get older but they are in their 60's. I'm constantly reminding them of things. Is this normal?
