In my simple opinion, people have different kinds of skins and they should be treated individually. I also have this problem wherein I have been saving money for the consultation and foreseeing treatment.
The acid peel can be good but are there any side effects of it?

What really is annoying for me is that I have more issues with having breakouts now close to forty years old than I did when i was a teen. My diet is better than it used to be, but I don't exercise as regularly and don't drink as much water. I'm thinking that has something to do with it.

Have any of you guys ever thought of trying an acid peel? You can buy kits now that you can do at home and those are great for dealing with and preventing acne. However, if it is stress that is causing your acne, it's best to get that under control as well.

I have the same problem and it is a combination of hormones and stress. I can only get rid of so much stress and the hormones I have been dealing with since I was a teen. I would like to see some suggestions on how to combat this as well.

Cleaning our face often will help in reducing acne breakouts. Acne are sebatious glands that are blocked by dust and the gland will become inflamed because of the dust.
Stress is also one of the factors that makes the sebacious glands produce more oil so we should try to relax as much as possible.

I know your frustration. It could very well be stress and I know that has happened to me before. However, I found out I was allergic to peanuts, which was the source of my breakouts. I was eating peanut butter or food with peanut products very often. So, I would suggest going to see a doctor to rule out other causes.

I'm so tired of acne! I'm 35 and I still get the problem break-outs from time to time. What can I do to stop these?
I've been under a lot of stress at work lately, and I'm thinking it might be the cause of the most recent break-outs.
