Really home remedies are really effective & helpful. The most common ingredients generally used in preparing these natural remedies at home include holy basil leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, fenugreek, onion, ginger, garlic, honey, pineapple, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, lemon, dandelion leaves, rose hip, horsetail, flaxseed, chamomile, olive oil, outer leaves of cabbage, green tea & many more….

I have heard of baking soda a long time ago but I do not remember the specifics on what you would mix it with. Does anyone here have an clue?

Aloe vera juice is also good for acid reflux. Just mix it with a fruit juice or some orange juice because the taste is not too great.

I have never heard of using apple cider vinegar before but I know many people who use a glass of cold milk. The milk usually works for me but sometimes the reflux will come back later.

I have never tried milk myself but I could see where that might work, unless of course you are allergic. What about something like Apple Cider Vinegar? I know my gram used that before but never milk to my knowledge.

Are there any natural remedies for acid reflux besides milk? I am slightly lactose intolerant and I would like to find a remedy that does not include taking medicine.
